The first one had a few issues outside of the sellers agent (with the property) and the last agent completely blew the deal for their client and we walked away (100% the sellers agents fault). This property has been much smoother with Pam and Darren on the bracket Team. Highly recommend if your selling or buying

While the market became increasingly challenging this summer due to the war and rising interest rates, we reacted quickly and other times waited patiently to what the market was telling us. I really had no disagreements on the strategy and ultimately sold the house at where I needed to land. Darren was always responsive and answered calls and texts quickly. During the sale itself he was a great resource and provided sound advice. Strongly recommend if buying or selling in the PHX area.

We already have 10 applicants and another 20 who want to see it so the window is tomorrow from 12-1. If that doesn’t work unfortunately we can’t help you! This is what you get from this team after 4 phone calls! Beware of EXP Tackett! Thank you for your response. I understand there was high demand for the property. My review isn’t about that—it’s about the communication and customer service I received. I asked if someone could meet me at another time, called several times, and was told, “If that doesn’t work, unfortunately we can’t help you.” Only after I expressed my disappointment was another option mentioned. That’s the experience my review reflects. I wish you the best.
